I was not as excited about this book after reading.

I was hoping to get to know the characters in the beginning - get a little background to how they got to where they were. Instead it went right into action and truthfully it kept me very detached from the book from beginning to end. I did love the fact that the main character was a brave woman who was willing to risk her life for others and that did make me very happy.
I didn’t feel that the writing was of the highest quality. It was very easy to get lost and I found myself having to constantly reread certain pieces to understand the hat was going on. That took a lot of the enjoyment out of the book for me.
I had high hopes but in the end I was disappointed with the way the story turned out and how it was written.
