An enjoyable contemporary romance story with two characters dealing with their problems while finding their way into a life with one another. Not sure where the title came from, except that both characters are fire fighters, although one is now an arson investigator.
I did really like the villain and the craziness reflecting the reality of the characters! Their personal hang-ups were very real and easy to relate too although their life experiences were not, I can't even imagine being a firefighter and having the fortitude to do that job everyday. I can only imagine that losing a hand is hard enough, but losing the job you love because of the loss, wow. Plus, the man you're in love with is the perpetrator although not the cause. It is a great way to start this story.
