I know nothing about being a firefighter except for this: it's incredibly dangerous and selfless. Imagine going into an abandoned building, inhabited now only by junkie squatters, and still being expected to do your job? Oh, and add to that the fact that the junkie squatters think you're "the man" and therefore the enemy. Oh, and you're a woman whose father died fighting fires. That's this first look, and it's chilling (despite the hot nature of the topic).
