I have always been a huge fan of Greek Mythology. So when I saw this book, I knew I needed to read it.
Going in, I knew very little about Clytemestra, I have read stories about her in the past. But she never really stuck out to me, so I was excited to learn more about her story as told by Costanza Casati. Casati found a way to make an old story fun to read. Sometimes historical books about ancient greece can drag on and become rather boring. But this book kept me entertained the entire way through.
This was such a fascinating read and I loved learning more about the dynamics with the women in Ancient Greece. Clytemestra was such a compelling and intersting character to follow throughout the book.
I found this book very addicting and hard to put down. I finished it in one sitting because I needed to know how it ended.
