I am a sucker for retellings, and this seems to be right up my alley. Clytemnestra's story has always been the Greek story that caught my eye but didn't satisfy my curiosity about her. I'd really like to know more about her as a person, and Casati seems to be offering an interesting version! Knowing what Clytemnestra will do, as well as her eventual downfall, Casati has already built up that arc well in these first few chapters. I'm excited to see how else she sees Clytemnestra and her story.
