Really moving book, I did enjoy this book more than the first in this series because it was less romance centered but both are still amazing granted the true history behind them. This is just a great book and the extra history at the end of the book is so amazing as well.
I honestly have never read any books on imprisonment after world war 2 and didn't know very much about it at all, I knew it happened and knew some people were (again) wrongfully imprisoned but to read something even loosely based on a real experience like this is terrifying and eye opening for sure. Very emotional book but well worth the read and well worth the wait to place it on your book waiting or hold list, that's for sure!
