I do not normally read books about World War II or concentration camps because I get depressed over the things that one man can do to another man; however, just from the little bit I have read of this book, I think I might have to change that stance. I want to know what happens to this poor woman and I'm feeling super hopeful that Cilka lives and finally gets her freedom at the end of the book. I think this story is going to be an emotional roller coaster.
