I really enjoyed this heartwarming and loving read by Lorna Landvik. I have been a fan since I read Angry Housewives Eating Bon-Bons and this book did not disappoint me. I must admit that it wasn't what I was expecting, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and all of the characters that I quickly became attached to. I loved the simplicity and purity of this book and I have already recommended it to several of my book-loving friends who are looking for fun summer reads. The characters were relatable and very entertaining and I think readers will find it very easy to make a connection to them and to their small town life. Readers who enjoyed Jan Karon's Mitford series may find that they really like this book and they may find similarities between the two.
