Delightful Portraits of Small Town Life

After reading the first chapter of this book, I love Haze and the people of Granite Creek. The format of telling the story primarily through newspaper columns, letters to the editor, etc. is refreshing and puts the reader directly into the mood of the novel. I thoroughly enjoyed the Lutheran and Scandinavian references and hope there are many more to come!
