As a huge Ali Hazelwood fan, I am so excited to read this book. While her previous books have all fallen under the category of scientists and academics, this book starts a new era where the character's niche, is chess. While I adore Hazelwood's other books, I am so excited to see where this book goes. This might have to be my favorite Ali Hazelwood cover art, and as a lover of competition, I am so excited to see where this book's chess competition takes the characters.
