I absolutely love Ali Hazelwood and anything she writes, so I’m incredibly excited about her YA debut. Hazelwood immediately draws you into the story with a powerful written voice, relatable characters, and witty jokes. Check & Mate is no different and I can’t wait to read the rest of this book!
