Despite all the hype around Ali Hazelwood’s books, I haven’t gotten around to reading one yet. This sounds like the perfect book to start with. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book where not just one but both main characters are chess players. I think this sets a refreshing backdrop for the book. And from the first look, the writing seems witty and easy to digest. I look forward to reading!
