I’ve been getting pretty bored with Cassandra Clare these past few years. But I had no idea this was exactly the book I needed! Her writing style seems to have gotten better as well as character development. I loved the storyline and seeing Cordelia! She’s absolutely a lovable character. I often found myself screaming as I was reading book because of frustrations between characters. You know it’s a great one when that happens! I like to spend my time reading as work to make the time go by quickly and this definitely did the trick. It took me about a week to read but only because it was a chunky one which we all love in a book if we have time to read it! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to read a good series, Cassandra Clare’s books are the way to go to have amazing world building and believable characters with different voices. I never had a problem with this book!
