I love every book Cassandra clare comes out with, her writing always blows me away and this is the start to an amazing now slice of the shadow hunter world. The characters are amazingly written and the depth of empathy and happiness you have for them is beyond words, she brings such unique characters to life and gives us a chance to get to know them and all their strengths and weaknesses. She brings also explores many sexualites which is amazing and something we definitely need more of. Cassandra clare is great at stepping into her characters shoes and getting across the struggles and problems these people face which many people reading can relate to. This us such an amazing start to this series and I highly recommend you step into the world of Cassandra Clare If you haven't already!!!!ππ
