Ok, so I am only a third of the way into this book but I felt it was ok to write my review. Now this is my first time reading anything by this author. I know the Shadowhunter fandom is huge and for some reason I have never been apart of it! Now when I mentioned to a book group that I was going to read a ARC of this new series (and never cracked open a previous Shadowhunter book before) I was met with a lot of disdain. I was told this wasn't fair (is life fair though?) and that since I wasn't a fan I should not have access to this book (thank you bookish first for giving me a chance to try this!)
Well, I am happy to report that everyone was wrong! I can fully understand what is going on even though I am new to all this. This is a really good story so far.
