Shadowhunters, downworlders, and demons, oh my!

Cannot wait to read this first book of the trilogy. Ms. Clare has presented a book with Shadowhunters, downworlders, and demons, in London. There are prominent families like the Herondales and Carstairs. James and Lucie live in London and now Cordelia and her family are here. Demons are showing up that are not usually there. Something is definitely doing wonky in London. I have not read anything with Shadowhunters and am excited to do so. Working in a high school, I like to read books that I can recommend to students. Fantasy seems to be a poplar genre so looking forward to reading.
