I have read every one of Cassandra Clares Shadowhunter books and they just keep getting better and better. When I first City Of Bones I was going through some really hard things, and it gave me the distraction I needed to get it through them. And I just fell in love and each book since just get better and her characters growth and the diversity in her books makes them that much more wonderful. As for Chain Of Gold that cover is gorgeous and the reference to Dickens definitely is just the icing on the cake.
