I like this book and read it I one day. It kept me engaged and made for an enjoyable day at the beach. However it was a bit formulaic and you basically know where you are going to wind up from reading the synopsis on the back.
Erika and her longtime boyfriend/fiancé in NYC have finally set a date for their wedding which seems a bit rushed after a long wait. In the midsts of this Erika get a letter stating that she was inherited a vineyard in Tuscany. However. She must visit to get more details. When she arrives to this beautiful property with a cast of welcoming characters she finds her plans to dump the property and go back to her amazing life may hit some roadblocks.
Again I did enjoy the book and the characters but I’ve also seen like 10 Hallmark movies with similar plots down to the Native New Yorker living an upscale life but somehow can’t do a quick internet search to pack properly for a visit to Italy during the spring. A fun way to spend the day just don’t expect to get more than you though you would.
