This has got a very standard Hallmark romance set-up - big city girl in a vaguely unfulfilling long-term relationship has to travel to the countryside/a small town (or here an enchanting Italian vineyard) finds new love, realizes how dull previous life and relationship were and ditches it all for her new life. I know I don't enjoy that story and I'm not taken in by rich people drama, so this is not for me. But if you are, it looks like it'll fit that formula.
