I was able to read the First Impression of "Carolina Moonset" by Matt Goodman on BookishFirst. And was immediately drawn into the story. The main character, Joey Green, goes to visit his parents and help out. His dad is having memory issues and Joey is there to help and record some of his dad's memories for his sisters. I will definitely be reading the entire novel once it is available.
