Went to Cape Cod once. Just the beauty and mystique of the area was enough for me to even look at this book. We vacation in September also all the time so know about the "off season". This book seems to flow easily and I love how the characters interact. And the Victorian houses! I can just picture them all in my head. The paragraph before you even started reading really caught my attention with the word "courting" who uses that word anymore? So it's also her a transformation is mentioned and that is what made me wonder what happens in this sleepy New England town during their vacation. I can't wait to read this only because I am so in love with the area!! I also love the ocean so their references to the sea and fisherman and the gloomy weather of the area in that time of year also has me totally wanting to continue and find out more!
