Although it's hard for me to relate to theme of waiting until marriage to have sex, it was easy for me to relate to the idea of a honeymoon gone wrong. My honeymoon was a gloomy, miserable experience, and Effie's initial mood really reactivated that memory for me. I love the line about Henry knowing Effie well enough to know she was not happy to bump into Clara, a woman (girl) from her past. I think the story will be interesting, and I think this new couple will up to no good.
