This is one my favorite time periods to enjoy. It is so hard to imagine the way people were censored about their actions and thoughts. They did not face certain realities to be more demure. I like that the book leads in with a newlywed couple that has a husband that is realizing how different his wife is compared to this new firecracker he has just met. I really want to see where this goes and love the location that was chosen for this book. It is gorgeous. Thanks for the First Impression, BookishFirst.
