I was immediately caught up in this story of two young people fresh out of high school and newly married. The time period is the 1950’s and they are on their honeymoon at Cape May, New Jersey. They are shy and unsure of themselves and are testing the waters as a married couple. It is off season and the couple is feeling rather isolated until they approach a neighbor who has arrived with a large group of boisterous people. They are pulled into this whirlwind group of drinking and partying. I cannot wait to read on and find out what with happen next.
