I appreciate that the wit and charm of the opening section. I'm also loving that theres a nice mix of the contemporary (in terms of language, cultural references, etc) already, this always is promising in an updated retelling of something so classic. The set-up reveal at the end of Chapter 1 is to die for. I adore how disheveled and disorganized she is, I am already feeling close to this character and can't wait to read more!
