I thought the descriptions and writing were really solid and that the novel seemed like it would be interesting. I found the dialogue a little crude for my taste, but like the characters might develop in surprising ways. I would read more to find out how the past intertwines with the present. I thought the cover was suitably creepy and mysterious.
