The plot seems interesting, but the writing is awkward. The prologue confused me; how is it related to the rest of the story? There were also too many characters introduced, and I'm not convinced that they are all crucial for the story. I'm interested to read a little further, but something really exciting would need to happen soon to hold my interest.
