I don't believe mysteries just focused on the grunt work interests me very much. There are papers filed, a soap opera-like beginning, and then not really anything else. You learn boring tib-bits about minor characters and to be honest, I'm not sure who the main character is. Perhaps there will be more action later, but I found nothing that will be used later and nothing being noted now.
