I was taken in by this book immediately. I've never read a Jodi Thomas book I didn't like. Piper definitely has a problem. Her sort of fiancee has gone missing with his car in the river. She senses some kind of coverup from the local police. Also, Piper is the town mayor of Honey Creek so definitely lives in a glass bowl with the town questioning if she had something to do with his disappearance. Her brother hires a man to come in to town to do some secretive investigating. I can't wait to find out what happens.
