As a long time reader of Jodi Thomas, I’ve been really looking forward to this one and jumped on the chance to get a first peek. As always, Thomas writes with a very keen sense of place and her characters feel familiar within just a few short chapters. I’m looking forward to reading more about Colby and Samuel
