Can’t wait to see what happens next
The prologue hooked me immediately Mayor Piper Jane Mackenzie has a pretend boyfriend that is missing and possibly dead and she is receiving mysterious messages telling her “SAY NOTHING”. I found Piper to be very relatable when we leaned how she ended up with a pretend boyfriend.
Colby McBride comes in to independently investigate the missing boyfriend scandal and I have a feeling he will be a hero in this story.
Samuel Randall Cassidy needs a change of pace and comes to Honey Creek to be the fill-in preacher, I’m hoping this is the change he needed and it brings him some peace. I can’t wait to see how this story unfolds!
