First, I would like to thank bookish first and the author for the copy of this book.
However, I am sad to report that I didn't enjoy the book as much as I had hoped I would.
While the book is a series of short stories, I still somehow felt like they weren't actually long enough. When they ended, I felt bored and unimpressed.
I personally found certain things in the book to be disgusting and I had to force my way through it to finish it. Since I would like to avoid spoilers, I will just leave it at that.
I didn't really find anything wrong with the authors writing style- I felt like she did a pretty good job but I just don't think this was the book for me.
If you like short stories, and sad stories, I say give it a try. I just didn't personally enjoy it.
