It was really a struggle for me to read this first impression after the meeting the first set of characters. I did not like or relate to them. Both are married and had or were trying for kids. And yet here they go off on a fishing trip together, which alone was bad enough. But the story leaves off at likely the start of an affair. I found my self already hating these characters and becoming disinterested in the book. I struggled with the next stories as inevitably I know I will be reading about the first set of characters again.
