I love Murder mystery novels. I cannot get enough! I found out that this is part of a series so I’ll need to get the first 5 and get caught up. It was easy to read the book and get lost in the story. Imagining London in my mind.
The plot was amazing. Intense and thrilling. I love a strong female character that’s in charge. The darkness doesn’t steal me away, I tend to thrive on it.

I’ve never read anything by Lynda La Plante before, but I’m looking forward to reading more of her books. I’m always wanting to find authors that make strong female characters in careers that are really male dominated and I think La Plante did an excellent job.
