This one had an interesting hook for sure. This is my very first introduction to Jane and I'm a bit torn on how I feel so far. I respect her and feel that she has been unfairly treated for having been born female. I feel like it is easy to fall into the day to day of her life and to start to pick up the pieces and get to know her. However, the story overall did drag a bit at first. That initial shooting range scene seemed rather drawn out since I didn't have the context of her fear of guns before we went there.
Overall I am interested to see where this goes and to learn about this cast of characters, their motivations, their foibles and overall to figure out who the heck did the murdering!
Sidebar; am I the only one who wants to Spencer to be the murderer, because he wanted to spice up his "boring" life, and had a mental break and decided to take it out on an agent that turned him down when he wanted to make a bigger name for himself in music? Anyone?.... No, just me? Ok.
