The blurb that Lynda La Plante is the "Queen of Crime Drama" definitely made me wants to read this book. The theatre aspect of the crime is attractive as well. It sounds that the detective will have her own problems going on, since she was kicked off a squad. That will make for additional drama, for sure. I'm looking forward to stepping into the "salacious world of show business" to find out who the killer is with the detective!
