I was immediately drawn in by the cover and title of Blunt Force. Based on those I assumed it was a suspense/thriller/mystery and so I wanted to check out the summary. I love mysteries of all kinds and I have read several British police mysteries. It was interesting to figure out the different language they use for police terms and since I ha e come to enjoy the little differences. I would love to read this book and see how she goes from feeling like her career is going nowhere to a brutal crime she has to solve!
