I read and enjoyed The Dirty Dozen by Lynda LaPlante so I was excited to see that this book also features Jane Tennison. She's a strong female character in a world dominated by men. This story starts slow but then speeds up as a murder occurs and Jane is involved in figuring out what happened. This is an interesting, investigative book about solving a murder.
