As my title states, the cover is incredibly eye-catching, classic black and white, and in the current day, the way a cover looks will definitely help sales.
This title isn't something that I would usually read, however the exerpt does sound interesting, probably not enough for me to buy the book.
The protagonist, sounds vain and naive, there is a lot of plot surrounding legal terms and money laundering, etc that goes over my head as I am a YA sci-fi, dystopian, contemporary girl at heart.
That being said, the writng style and pace are both fantastic and I think this book will be a hit with older readers. It seems to have a light and funny edge to all the drama hiding within.
