The premise is definitely intriguing as I don't think I have ever read a novel that starts off with a middle-aged woman shooting a man. I'm kinda iffy on whether the writing is going to be top-notch but I am curious enough and willing to take a chance on this one. This might be one of those books that isn't perfect but is still a fun read.
