After reading the first few chapters I'm torn about this book, on the one hand it doesn't sound like something I usually go for: socialite, lot's of name and brand dropping just in the first few chapters. AND the switching of POV , from first to third POV and back to first, is a but of a turn off for me.
BUT, I can't say I didn't enjoy it. I really wanted more, while some seemed a bit cheesy it also seemed funny and amusing and I really enjoyed Maud. She has spunk and humor and and is someone I could enjoy.
Overall I think it might be a fun book even with some of the things in there that I personally don't really enjoy in books.
