This book was definitely a trip. I received the first two books along with Bloodwitch and would like to talk about them all here. This world that was created by Susan Dennard is truly magical and enthralling. As someone that does not typically like fantasy, I really enjoyed this series of books.
If you have not read the first two books, you cannot read Bloodwitch. That's a given. Both of those books has little plot seeds that grow completely into this book and it was just amazing.
It was a really intense read for me and I felt like I could not put it down even for a second! I did put it down for potty breaks but otherwise I read Bloodwitch in one sitting. I definitely recommend these books to fans of fantasy novels and maybe even for people that don't enjoy fantasy, like me!
