I like it a lot!

This book was fabulous! I have been waiting on pins and needles to read this book and I have finally gotten and finished it. Susan Dennard has a way with words that completely captivates me. The story was brilliant and I love the relationship between Aeduan and Isulet. I was really happy when Safi and Merik found each other again- even if it was for a short time. I love them together and hope to see more of their relationship from in the next book. The details and the flow of the book were great and I could really picture the scenes from the book as if I had witnessed it myself. The character development was really good and I found myself even relating to Vivia, despite my resolve to not like her (it’s not working really well). The world building was amazing and brought the book to life. I love this series and I need more of Safi and Merik!
