The one thing that stands out in these first chapters is incredible pacing. I felt the urgency that surrounds everyone's journey right now and it translates so well into the writing.
I am so excited to see where Stix's story will go, since she is a new POV that we did not have before.
One thing that also stood out is how invested I became in all of the POVs (and there's a lot).
All in all, if these seven chapters are any indication of what's to come, then this book is going to be as epic as its cover.
