February can't come fast enough!!
Can someone make it February yet? Please?
The first seven chapters of Bloodwitch are INTENSE, picking up just about where Windwitch left off and making me want to start my series reread NOW even though I'm strapped for time. We get to see what's up with every POV we've come to love, and I'm especially thrilled to see Iseult and Vivia again, since they're my absolute favorites (will someone make sure Vivia is okay? please? because things do not seem okay for her). I'm also hoping this changes my mind about Aeduan. As much as everyone really seems to love him, he's never been quite up there with my favorites. Now that we're getting more of his POV and past, though, (BOOTS I'M SO UPSET) I'm really hoping we get the turn around like we did with Vivia. Nothing has delighted me in the Witchlands quite the way going from hating Vivia in Truthwitch and ADORING HER in Windwitch has, and I really hope that kind of character reversal happens for me again.
But UGH I love this so much. The information from Sightwitch isn't necessary, but it adds an amazing extra layer to these first few chapters alone (which means the rest of the book is going to be INCREDIBLE), and I just don't want to wait almost three more months for the finished product. I'm impatient, thank you very much.
Basically, it boils down to this: Bloodwitch is easily going to be even better than anything we've seen before, and I'm READY FOR IT.
