I really enjoyed this book. The twists and turns were so much fun. I thought I knew who didn't but I did not! The world is fantastic and I enjoyed the magical aspect. It was easy to bond with the main character and felt empathy for her. As she turns from man to man suspecting each one of the crimes, it eats her inside. And the final reveal is a surprise to both the reader and the character.
I loved the world the author creates. The picture she paints is beautiful and I would love to walk through the world. I also like the way the magic worked; it was unusual and different from all the YA witch books I have read before. This is a delightful fantasy book and would love to read more books about the character or even her world.
The cover is hypnotic. The symbolism is creative and the image as a whole drags me in. The title is equally poetic.
