Ziva is an exceptionally talented (and magical) smithy, but one prone to anxiety and barely able to interact with other people besides her sister Temrah. A parceling out of territory amongst the royal siblings in her land has created rivalries - and business. This has been good for Ziva's desire to build up funds and move away with her sister, but has also attracted attention she doesn't want. Between the attention and a conflict likely brewing between the sisters, this fantasy creates an unconventional and interesting heroine.
