I really appreciated that the main character is someone who is so introverted she is a blacksmith by trade so she doesn't have to deal with others, her sister handles the sales. I love her internal dialog and her relationship to magic feels mysterious. The cover reflects the theme of blacksmith with the flames circling the handle and the use of magic with the wings on the hilt of the blade.
