Next, this feels like a dark fantasy, and I'm an absolute sucker for those. I love the powers, I love the backstories, and I adore the small-town setting. Linden seems interesting, as does her family as a whole, and so far the writing is okay and the story is amazing. I'd love to read this; this is a book I'd stay up till dawn finishing.
