I loved every word and wished there had been more!! I've heard a lot about this book and have been wanting to read it for a long time! Whether I win a copy or not, it has been on my TBR list for sometime now and I plan to have a copy asap. Wow...Wow! What a powerful beginning!! It pulls you right in and doesn't let go for a moment. This time in history has become another favorite of mine, along with other historical times in history. Ah, the poor child, to be torn from her home because of war, and her poor parents for having to make such a decision to make sure she was safe. A decision a lot of parents had to make during those times. As I said, I loved what I've read so far and hope to read more soon. Thank you for letting me review.
